Wilshire Corporation

Wilshire Corporation was formed in July 1991 through the acquisition of Selmix, Reynold's Products and Alco Dispensing Systems Canada from Alco Standard Corporation. Wilshire Corporation designed, manufactured, and marketed a full line of soft drink dispensing equipment, post mix juice dispensing equipment, ice making and dispensing equipment and the accessories that are required to install and service its foodservice equipment line on a global basis to beverage companies including The Coca-Cola Company, and The Pepsi-Cola Company, to major quick service restaurants including McDonald’s and Burger King and to convenience store operators including 7-Eleven and Circle K. The Group’s holding in Wilshire was sold in March 1997 to IMI Cornelius (www.cornelius.com), a strategic competitor.
